We strive to make perry and cider that expresses the best qualities of the Asian and European pears and heirloom apples that we grow and source. We carefully control fermentation to preserve some of the natural sweetness, use 100% juice pressed at our winery, and do not add sugar or flavorings. Yes, we are purists.

Non Alcoholic Korean Giant Perry
Hand-crafted from Korean Giant Pears. This slightly sparkling beverage is pleasantly sweet from the ripe asian pears. No sugar added. Pairs well with spicy foods, herbs, and sharp cheeses.
Non Alcoholic D’Anjou Perry
Made with 100% organically grown D'Anjou Pears from our orchard at Sakura Ridge in Hood River, Oregon. Lightly sparkling with medium body and sweetness. Earthy with subtle notes of pear skin. No sugar added.
Non alcoholic Starkrimson Perry
Made with organically grown early season Starkrimson pears from our orchard at Sakura Ridge in Hood River, Oregon. Our richest flavored Perry with a touch of spiciness. Enjoy as a base for mock tails and cocktails with a splash of ginger.

Ridge RESERVE PERRY
Organic D’Anjou pears grown at our Sakura Ridge orchard in Hood River, fermented with Hendre Huffcap pears. Pear forward with a touch of tannins. Slightly sweet, elegant and easy drinking. Best in Class at this years GLINTCAP competition and Gold Medal at NW Cider Cup. Slightly cloudy beautiful blush color. 6.4% ABV
SAKURA RIDGE PIPPIN CIDER
Organically grown Newton Pippin apples grown at our Sakura Ridge property in Hood River, Oregon. Strong notes of apple and gooseberry. Dry and crisp, perfect as a summer refreshment. 7.2% ABV
NEWTON PIPPIN CIDER
100% Newton Pippin cider with extended lees again to soften the acidity, adding body and texture. Apples harvested in 2022 from our Sakura Ridge orchard. Savory notes, baked apple with a slight biscuit finish. 6.9% ABV
WHITE HART CIDER
Crimson Gold apples grown from an orchard on the edge of the shrub steppe north of Prosser, Washington. The cider was aged in a fresh Copperworks gin barrel to provide some complimentary herbal and botanical notes. 9.3% ABV
Royal Perry
Our brandy fortified perry made with Korean Giant pears and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Spiritous and aromatic with a cordial-like body. The pear shines through in this delightful sipper. 20% ABV
