We strive to make perry and cider that expresses the best qualities of the Asian and European pears and heirloom apples that we grow and source. We carefully control fermentation to preserve some of the natural sweetness, use 100% juice pressed at our winery, and do not add sugar or flavorings. Yes, we are purists.

Non Alcoholic Korean Giant Perry
Hand-crafted from Korean Giant Pears. This slightly sparkling beverage is pleasantly sweet from the ripe asian pears. No sugar added. Pairs well with spicy foods, herbs, and sharp cheeses.
Non Alcoholic D’Anjou Perry
Made with 100% organically grown D'Anjou Pears from our orchard at Sakura Ridge in Hood River, Oregon. Lightly sparkling with medium body and sweetness. Earthy with subtle notes of pear skin. No sugar added.
Non alcoholic Starkrimson Perry
Made with organically grown early season Starkrimson pears from our orchard at Sakura Ridge in Hood River, Oregon. Our richest flavored Perry with a touch of spiciness. Enjoy as a base for mock tails and cocktails with a splash of ginger.
HUKARI asian pear perry
From the fall 2023 harvest. Medium sweet from unfermented sugars with notes of pear skin and melon. Made from late season Korean Giant Pears grown in the Hood River Valley at Hukari Farms. 6.7% ABV, Glass Pour: $12, Bottle Price: $27
Ridge reserve perry
Organic D’Anjou pears grown at our Sakura Ridge orchard were fermented with Hendre Huffcap pears. Pear forward with a touch of tannins. Slightly sweet, elegant and easy drinking. Best in Class at this years GLINTCAP competition and Gold Metal at NW Cider Cup. Slightly cloudy beautiful blush color. 6.4% ABV Glass Pour: $12, Bottle Price: $27
SAKURA RIDGE PIPPIN CIDER
Organically grown Newtown Pippin apples grown at our Sakura Ridge Orchard in Hood River, Oregon. Strong notes of apple and gooseberry. Dry and crisp, perfect for pairing with oysters or seafood dishes. ABV: 7.2%. Glass Pour: $12, Bottle Price: $27
AIRLIES RED FLESH
Yellow skin conceals a pink fleshed interior of this apple discovered in the Willamette Valley and grown organically at Rainshine Farm. Made as a single varietal this low intervention cider underwent spontaneous fermentation. Low levels of sulfite are critical to maintain the brilliant color. Red berry with a light savory note on the mid-palette. ABV: 7.4%. Glass Pour: $12, Bottle Price: $27
HEWES cRAB APPLE
Rich and strong this cider is made from the Hewes Virginia Crabapple, a traditional American variety. Grown by one of the premier orchardists Top life Orchard in Prosser. It is fermented dry with soft tannins and balanced by a touch of residual sweetness. Very expressive. 9.2% ABV. Glass Pour: $12, Bottle Price: $27
Royal CIDER
Add a wee dram of the Royal Cider, our brandy fortified libation aged in neutral French oak barrels. Spiritous and aromatic with a cordial-like body. A delightful sipper around the fire. Glass Pour: $15, 375ml Bottle: $54
